In Kid Art Summer camps, campers learn about the art, crafts, food, habits, and legends of cultures from around the world. This year we will study the Caribbean, Mexico, Japan, Native America, and Medieval Europe. Each week-long camp typically includes 3 projects:

  • A Clay or Paper Sculpture
  • A Self-Portrait
  • A Work of Folk Art

Projects vary each summer.

Join us for Mom Art on Wednesday evenings this summer.


Wednesdays 6-7:30pm
3 meetings per session

Summer Sessions:

1. Drawing the Human Figure - June 9, 16 & 23
Learn proportion, gesture, and contour drawing techniques.

2. Create an Art Journal - July 7, 14 & 21
Leran how to draw, paint, letter & collage a special book for thoughts, travels and memories.

3. Drawing and Shading - Aug 4, 11 & 18
Learn the basics of drawing and shading while creating a still life.
